Randall C. (Randy) Hertel joined Majestic Realty Co. in 1988 and currently serves as Executive Vice President and as a member of the Board of Directors.
Randy also assisted in the development of premier industrial parks in the Inland Empire and Salt Lake City, where nearly 10 million square feet has been developed. Randy played a lead role in developing the 1,600-acre Majestic Commercenter in Aurora, Colorado.
Named to The Denver Business Journal’s “Who’s Who in Industrial Real Estate” since 1997, Randy sits on the board of the Aurora Economic Development Council, was a former board member of The Children’s Hospital Colorado for over 10 years, and remains on their Child Health Research Enterprise Committee.
He attended Rice University in Houston on an athletic scholarship where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business.
