Ismael S. Acosta joined Commerce Construction Co., L.P. in 2020 and serves as District Manager of the Colorado office. In addition, he has held Project Manager and Senior Project Manager positions with the company working on the design and construction of major built-to-suit and speculative industrial, cold storage, tenant improvement and infrastructure projects for Majestic Realty Co. and outside clients in Nevada and Colorado.
Prior to joining Commerce Construction, Ismael managed design and construction of healthcare, public housing, commercial, industrial, social interest, retail and capital projects in Puerto Rico and Colorado.
A Professional Engineer, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (Structural) from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.
