David Strickland joined Majestic Realty Co. in 2026 and serves as Vice President in the company’s Las Vegas office. He is responsible for office and retail leasing, while also supporting industrial leasing and development initiatives.
Prior to joining Majestic, Mr. Strickland spent 19 years with The Thomas & Mack Company, where he led leasing and asset management efforts and later oversaw the disposition of the company’s portfolio.
Mr. Strickland is an active member and past president of the Southern Nevada Chapter of NAIOP, a member of the Southern Nevada Chapter of SIOR, and a CCIM designee. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate from the University of Utah and earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix.
