Courtney Martin joined Majestic Realty Co. in 2026 and currently serves as an Ownership Representative. In her role, she supports the development team in identifying and processing opportunities while assisting in the management of the company’s portfolio.
Prior to joining Majestic, Courtney worked at Cushman & Wakefield on a high-street retail leasing and investment sales team based in the Century City office. In this role, she worked with both private and institutional landlords and represented major tenants such as Kering and Richemont. Earlier in her career, she completed internships with Molson Coors, R&R Partners in Las Vegas, and Majestic Management Co. in Las Vegas.
Courtney graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California in May 2024 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, with an emphasis in Marketing.
