Brian Hollenbach joined Commerce Construction Co., L.P. in 2021 and current serves as Vice President – District Manager of the Portland office. He is responsible for due diligence, entitlements/design coordination, budgeting, scheduling and construction management.
Brian worked as a consulting civil engineer for 22 years prior to joining Commerce as a project manager. As a consultant, he was involved with all aspects of civil engineering design and project management for land development projects in Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Oregon, Washington and Arizona. Between 2013 and 2021, he was the consulting civil engineer for several Majestic developments in the Portland market.
Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland. He is a licensed professional engineer in Oregon and Washington.
