SAN DIEGO – May 2020 – Majestic Realty Co. and Sunroad Enterprises have reached the concrete panel tilt-up construction milestone for the Majestic Sunroad Center in San Diego’s Otay Mesa neighborhood. The Class-A, three-building industrial center totaling 227,268 square feet is slated for completion in Q2 2020.
