Since entering the Fort Worth market in 2000, Majestic Realty and its local partners have been honoring the city’s rich history while implementing a strategic, long-term vision for the region.

Our investment in Fort Worth ramped up significantly in 2014 when Majestic formed a partnership with the Hickman Companies to redevelop and revitalize the nationally-recognized Fort Worth Stockyards. Our regional presence has also grown to include diverse industrial projects ranging in size from our 67-acre Majestic Fort Worth Partners site, the 320-acre Fort Worth South Business Park, and most recently, the 520-acre Majestic Silver Creek Business Park in West Fort Worth.

On the heels of our award-winning redevelopment work at The Stockyards Mule Alley and opening of Hotel Drover, our Stockyard Heritage Development partnership team has set its sights on the next phase of development with the half billion-dollar renovation of the entertainment district beginning with the Stockyards Hotel, restaurant and bar – a legacy property and cornerstone of the 200-acre historic district. In addition, the Stockyards district includes multi-family, creative office, retail and restaurant space catering to outdoor events and year-round entertainment.

We continue to develop hundreds of acres of infrastructure, best-in-class buildings with large-scale development continuing across this growing region, we are staying ahead of the growing demands of the market with multiple Class-A warehouses ranging in size up to 1,100,000 SF across Fort Worth. In addition, our industrial development sites encompass land holdings prepped to ease timely expansion with buildings brought to market quickly in individual or a contiguous campus including:

  • Majestic Fort Worth SouthWe are nearly complete with our 7th Industrial building at this project, the 781,544-square-foot anchor of Phase 2. We have 245 acres remaining with a variety of building sizes and flexible layouts designed to meet the needs of businesses.
  • Majestic Silver CreekLaunched in 2022, the park sits directly on the west side of Loop 820 at Silver Creek Road and establishes a new submarket in West Fort Worth. We are nearly complete on the 1.1 Million-Square-Foot Building #2 and have the pad prepped for Building #1 at 732,000 SF. This project has 444 undeveloped acres remaining.
