Since entering the Fort Worth market in 2000, Majestic Realty and its local partners have honored the city’s rich history while implementing a strategic, long-term vision for the region.

Our investment in Fort Worth began with a partnership with The Hickman Companies on the nationally recognized redevelopment of the iconic Fort Worth Stockyards National Historic District. Once the largest livestock trading center in the country, the Stockyards has been reimagined as a 200-acre, mixed-use entertainment destination that draws more than 9 million visitors annually. Through the award-winning restoration of its historic Mule Alley and the development of the landmark Hotel Drover, the Stockyards has become a premier destination for dining, retail, live entertainment, and authentic Western culture. This transformative project has not only preserved Fort Worth’s heritage but also elevated the city’s profile on a national and international stage, cementing the Stockyards as a cornerstone of Majestic Realty’s legacy in Texas.

Our portfolio also includes diverse industrial projects, from the 67-acre Majestic Fort Worth Partners site and the 320-acre Majestic Fort Worth South Business Park to the 520-acre Majestic Silver Creek Business Park in West Fort Worth.

We have prepared hundreds of acres of infrastructure to support first-class buildings across the region, positioning Fort Worth for continued growth. Our portfolio includes multiple Class-A warehouses, some as large as 1.1 million square feet, strategically delivered to meet the needs of today’s market. Current Developments:

  • Majestic Fort Worth South – The first phase has delivered 1.88MM SF with the second phase completing its first building of 781,530 SF, delivered in Q1 2024. The remaining second and third phases are under development with over 3MM SF for our future tenants in progress. This amenity-focused park, offers outdoor communal space, and a robust fiber system throughout. Each site is fully zoned, entitled and delivers all utilities on site.
  • Majestic Silver Creek – Launched in 2022, the park sits directly on the west side of Loop 820 at Silver Creek Road and establishes a new submarket in West Fort Worth. We delivered the anchor 1.1 million-square-foot Building #2 in Q1 2024, now fully leased. In addition, the pad is prepped for the adjacent 732,284-square-foot building which will significantly cut the lead time for expansion options, timely speculative construction, and build-to-suit opportunities in a gated, contiguous layout. Majestic Silver Creek Business Park will encompass 6.5 million square feet at build out and is in a preeminent position as one of the few locations on an interloop with land magnitude.
