REDLANDS, Calif. – Majestic Realty Co. announced today that it has broken ground on its much-anticipated Mountain Grove at Citrus Plaza retail and entertainment shopping center. Located adjacent to Citrus Plaza in the heart of the Inland Empire at the northwest corner of the Foothill (I-210) and San Bernardino (I-10) freeways, Mountain Grove is scheduled to open in summer 2015.
The project’s nearly 468,000-square-foot Phase I development is the sister project to the highly successful Citrus Plaza and will add another 670,000-square-feet of retail, dining and entertainment tenants to the region’s growing population at full build out.
Complimenting major retailers like Target, Kohl’s and the 520,000 square foot Citrus Plaza, Mountain Grove will help elevate the area’s premier shopping center destination with tenants including: Nordstrom Rack, buybuy Baby, T.J. Maxx/HomeGoods, Hobby Lobby, H.H. Gregg, Tilly’s and 24-Hour Fitness.
