TEMPE, Ariz. – Majestic Realty Co., the nation’s largest, privately-held real estate development company, will begin tilting up walls on its three-building, master-planned business park in southern Tempe later this month.
With building sizes of 39,704 square feet (Building #3), 47,856 square feet (Building #1) and 85,752 square feet (Building # 2), the master-planned Majestic Tempe Commerce Center is scheduled for completion in late September, according to company officials.
With direct access to the I-10 Maricopa Freeway via Elliot Road and East Baseline Road, the development will feature dock-high and ground level doors, cross-dock loading in Building #2, ESFR sprinkler systems, large truck courtyards and ample employee parking spaces.
“While we’ve been long-time landowners in the Tempe area and have developed other property in the market, we’re excited about the opportunity we have to build out the Majestic Tempe Commerce Center and offer a Class-A product that can meet the growing interest and demand in this market,” said Majestic Realty Co. Senior Vice President, Bill Hayden.
Founded in 1948, Majestic Realty Co. is the largest, privately-held developer and owner of master-planned business parks in the United States. Majestic’s approximate 83-million-square-foot portfolio provides real estate solutions for tenants large and small, creating jobs, tax revenue and community benefits across the country.
