Landmark at Otay Nears Completion with Phase II Pouring of the Slabs

San Diego, Calif.  June 6, 2022 – Colliers is pleased to announce the 476.060 square-foot Phase II build-out of Majestic Realty Co. and Sunroad Enterprises’ highly anticipated Landmark at Otay will officially commence with its pouring of the concrete slabs on Thursday, June 9, 2022. Listed by Colliers’ Chris Holder, Mark Lewkowitz, and Will Holder, the development’s second Phase will comprise two secure freestanding buildings featuring 36’ clear height and trailer parking, located at 1610 and 1910 Landmark Road, San Diego, CA 92154.

Phase II of the development is on track for completion in late 2022. With Phase I achieving its fully-leased status earlier this year, the project demonstrates exponential growth and serves the rising demand for new industrial supply in Southern California.

In its entirety, the Landmark at Otay industrial park spans 50 acres, and its four freestanding buildings reach a combined 845,830 square feet. Upon completion, the project’s total value will equate to approximately $220,000,000.
