June 6, 2022 – Colliers is pleased to announce the 476,060 square-foot Phase II build-out of Majestic Realty Co. and Sunroad Enterprises’ highly anticipated Landmark at Otay will officially commence with its pouring of the concrete slabs on Thursday, June 9, 2022.
