Our development began with a landmark project for Crayola, which established its presence with an 800,280-square-foot build-to-suit warehouse completed in Spring 2013. Today, the park includes 6.6 million square feet of completed industrial space with just one remaining build-to-suit opportunity totaling 190,180 square feet.
