Rick H. Kline joined Majestic Realty Co. in 2025 and serves as President of Operations for the Fort Worth Stockyards. He brings more than two decades of financial and operational leadership in real estate, hospitality, and retail investments.
Prior to joining Majestic, Rick served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Castle & Cooke, Inc., where he oversaw a diversified national portfolio that included commercial office, residential, hospitality, logistics, and golf course developments. He managed day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and capital investment decisions across multiple states, directing more than $2 billion in credit facilities and major construction projects.
Rick also served as Chief Financial Officer of J.G. Boswell Company, where he led strategic real estate investments, optimized asset performance, and enhanced financial reporting across its real estate and agricultural divisions. Earlier in his career, he was a Partner at Ernst & Young LLP, advising REITs, developers, and private equity firms on acquisitions, financial reporting, and compliance. A Certified Public Accountant in California, Rick earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
