Michael Perkins serves as Vice President at Majestic Realty Co., specializing in development, leasing, and new project pursuits across the West Coast. Since joining the company in 2011, he has played a key role in the successful execution of major projects across the Retail and Industrial sectors, bringing deep expertise that supports Majestic’s continued growth and market leadership. Michael also oversees the company’s Venture Capital initiatives, expanding Majestic’s reach into emerging investment opportunities.
His development work includes the delivery of a build-to-suit logistics facility for Amazon in Hillsboro, Oregon, among other strategic projects throughout the region. In addition to his development efforts, Michael manages fair market value reporting and underwriting for Majestic’s portfolio transactions, supporting strategic asset management and long-term planning.
Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Loyola Marymount University. He is a licensed real estate broker in California, a 2023 Crexi Platinum Broker, and a graduate of NAIOP’s Young Professionals Group (YPG).
