Michael Perkins joined Majestic Realty Co. in 2011 and currently serves as Vice President for the company and its subsidiaries. In that role, Michael helps coordinate and serves on committees to assist the company with its valuations, leasing, IT and marketing strategies.
In addition, he plays a vital role in the development and enhancement of the company’s annual Fair Market Value report with a focus on system-wide data integrity and validation. He works in Retail and Industrial leasing and asset management on the West Coast. He also oversaw the day-to-day management of the company-wide rebranding effort.
Michael is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and emphasis in Finance.
