This development generates for the City of Chino annual property tax revenue of more than $24 million and annual sales tax revenue of more than $3.4 million. The cumulative property tax received by Chino over the 1990-2007 period has been $177 million and another $22 million in sales tax revenue. In short, the Majestic Spectrum has added $200 million in combined revenue for the City of Chino and has resulted in the creation of over 5,700 new jobs, truly shaping Chino’s industrial and retail landscape.
