A California-based developer that’s been expanding its industrial building footprint in North Texas is gearing up for another project.

Majestic Realty is planning a two-building, more than 400,000-square-foot warehouse project on West Everman Parkway near Interstate 35W in south Fort Worth.

The almost $25 million development would start construction in June, according to planning documents filed with the state.

California-based Commerce Construction Co. designed the buildings.

Majestic Realty has built several large industrial developments in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Last year the developer-started construction on two warehouses in the 215-acre Majestic Airport Center DFW at State Highway 121 and Valley Parkway in Lewisville. The new industrial buildings join seven buildings already completed in the business park and bring its total to 3 million square feet of space.

Plans for its Majestic Fort Worth South Business Park call for more than 6 million square feet of office, industrial and logistics space, and it’s located off I-35W a couple of miles south of Interstate 20. The two newest buildings will add to that project.

Majestic Realty has also built projects in the booming southern Dallas County industrial market and in Coppell. The company is a partner in the redevelopment of Fort Worth’s historic stockyards.

Majestic Realty was founded in Southern California in 1948 and has a portfolio of 87 million square feet portfolio of industrial, office and retail space.
