Majestic’s Office Properties Group oversees the development, leasing and management of Majestic Realty Co.’s office property portfolio, including the Crossroads Business Park, a 1.5 million square foot Class A office and R&D space in the San Gabriel Valley. The technologically advanced, 110-acre Business Park is bolstered by a labor pool of more than 3 million people within a 20- mile radius.
The Office Properties Group is also involved in new development projects on a speculative or build-to- suit basis that are designed for a sustainable future, in conjunction with our long-term ownership strategy.
Since it was founded in 1992, Majestic Realty Retail has been building, managing, and growing a high sales volume portfolio of promotionally-oriented retail centers. We found that success follows good locations with strong demographics. Our retail projects have appealing architecture and a contemporary merchandising mix that enhances the long term success of our tenants and our centers.
Majestic Realty Retail continues to aggressively pursue retail land and income property acquisitions throughout the United States where it can develop and/or redevelop quality retail centers.
