Majestic Park WestIn the strong Dallas-Fort Worth market, three new tenants have leased space at Majestic Park West, located in Coppell, TX. Developed as a joint venture with The Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, the two-building industrial development is located on Beltline Road at Airline Dr., near the I-635.

New Majestic Park West tenants include ProCare Laboratories, which leased 80,350-sq. ft. of office, manufacturing and distribution space. The cosmetic company will use the facility to house its headquarters.
