Grand Crossing - City of Industry, CA
Designed to be the region’s premier industrial distribution center, catering to importers handling the more than 8 million containers coming into the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach annually, Majestic’s Grand Crossing in the City of Industry, CA continues to attract high-profile tenants.
Primarily, the goods that move from the local ports through the 400-acre, master-planned development are distributed to consumers in Southern California. Grand Crossing’s strategic location and its designation as a Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) make the development an appealing inland port for import-export tenants desiring to reach customers in the surrounding five counties as well as other points East.
