Majestic CommercenterIn the Denver/Aurora metro area, the 1,000 acre master-planned business park known as the Majestic Commercenter is expanding…..in more ways than one! Majestic recently expanded long time tenant Lagasse, Inc. a division of United Stationers, from 45,000-sq. ft. to 110,000-sq. ft.

Lagasse serves distributor customers from the janitorial and sanitation maintenance industry, including distributors focused on the paper, industrial, foodservice, safety, material handling and healthcare channels. “This expansion was accommodated mid-term, and cancelled the prior lease without penalty”, said Randy Hertel, the local Majestic Realty partner. “We are looking forward to continuing our relationship and in helping Lagasse grow in their local warehouse and distribution business”. With this expansion, and other leases with Almo Distributors, Inc., who leased 72,000-sq. ft., Majestic has chosen to expand its 1.8 million square foot portfolio in the Majestic Commercenter by 415,000-sq. ft.

Majestic CommercenterThese two new buildings, Buildings #25 and #26, are 215,000-sq. ft. and 200,000-sq. ft. respectively, provide tenants different choices as to size and building configuration. Building #25 is a 30’ clear cross-dock building, divisible to 25,000-sq. ft., and Building #26, also 30’ clear, provides trailer parking and is rail serviceable. Combined, the buildings have 107 dock high doors.
