Prospective tenants can take advantage of the strategic opportunities at the new Majestic Business Center at Meridian in Riverside, CA. Five buildings ranging from 85,000-sq. ft. to 225,000-sq. ft., are part of the 1,000-acre, master-planned business park located at the intersection of the I-215 and Cactus.

Phase I of the project will include two distribution facilities of 190,000-sq. ft. and 225,000-sq. ft., respectively. Both buildings will be fully divisible with multiple office entrances and will offer 30’ clear heights, ESFR sprinkler systems and fully enclosed truck/trailer storage yards. Construction will be complete in the first quarter of 2006.

Phase II will include three distribution facilities at 85,000-sq. ft., 105,000-sq. ft., and 125,000-sq. ft., with 30’ clearances, ESFR sprinklers and frontage along I-215. Construction is slated for completion in late third quarter 2006.
