Once again expanding its national portfolio, Majestic Realty Co. is developing two industrial parks in the dynamic greater Dallas-Fort Worth marketplace: Majestic Airport Center DFW in Lewisville, and Majestic Park West in nearby Coppell.

Spearheading the projects is Majestic’s newest team member, Al Sorrels, who was named vice president and director of development for the company’s Dallas-Fort Worth office. A 20-year veteran of the real estate industry, Sorrels holds both an MBA and a BA in real estate finance from Southern Methodist University.

Facilities are divisible from 20,000-sq. ft. to 700,000-sq. ft., and will offer 28’ to 32’ clear heights and ESFR sprinkler systems.

Developed with the City of Lewisville as a 50/50 infrastructure participant package, Majestic Airport Center DFW offers triple freeport tax exemptions and tax abatements.

Majestic Park West in nearby Coppell also provides close proximity to DFW Airport, with immediate access to the LBJ Freeway (I-635). The development will offer 290,000-sq. ft. of space across two buildings. Building 1 will be 153,000-sq. ft. and divisible to 21,600-sq. ft., while Building 2 will be 137,000-sq. ft. and divisible to 19,200 sq. ft. Amenities will include 28’ clear heights, ESFR sprinklers, 47 dock high doors. Located in an active submarket, Majestic Park West also offers triple freeport status, along with 75 percent tax abatements.
