Majestic Commercenter
Aurora, CO
Taking advantage of the growing economy in and around the Mile High City, Majestic Realty Co. is designing what will be the largest speculative industrial building ever built in the Denver market. Groundbreaking is scheduled for spring 2005 with delivery in the 4th quarter of 2005. The development is part of the 1,000-acre Majestic Commercenter, which will encompass more than twelve million-sq. ft. at final build out.
“We are bullish on the future of distribution in the Rocky Mountain region, as evidenced by the fact that our deals continue to get larger” said Ryan Martin, Majestic director of business development. “The Majestic Commercenter provides an unparalleled business park environment and maximum flexibility, with the ability to provide building sizes ranging from 20,000-sq. ft. to 1 million-sq. ft.
Taking advantage of the prime amenities at the Majestic Commercenter is new tenant Portable On Demand Storage (PODS®). The leading provider of mobile mini-storage and moving alternatives for residential and commercial customers, PODS recently signed a long-term lease agreement to occupy 41,000-sq. ft. of the 280,000-sq. ft. building leaving a 100,000-sq. ft. corner unit.
Remaining space in the park includes a 41,000-sq. ft. corner unit with freeway visibility, 150,000-sq. ft. in a stand-alone building with 30’ ceiling clearance and up to 150 trailer parking spaces, making it ideal for heavy trailer storage users.
Majestic Commercenter is located near Denver International Airport and the intersection of I-70 and E-470. For information about leasing manufacturing, warehouse or distribution space, call Randy Hertel or Ryan Martin at (303) 371-1400. |
