Majestic Airport Center - Salt Lake City, UT
With Phase I complete and 390,502-sq. ft. of space fully leased,
Majestic Airport Center—Salt Lake City is now leasing space in Phase II, a
three-building development which many high-profile Utah companies are finding attractive.
Phase II includes two fully leased 100,000-sq. ft., front-park, rear-load
buildings with 28 dock-high doors and four ground-level doors. The third
building is a 175,000-sq. ft., cross-dock facility that is fully divisible,
with 48 dock-high doors and 4 ground-level doors. It has 131,000-sq. ft. of
space remaining.
The newest tenants in Phase II include:
- Mohawk Industries, Inc., a leading producer of woven and
tufted broadloom carpet and rugs for residential and commercial applications, will
occupy 44,000-sq. ft.
- Corporate Express Office Products, a business-to-business office
product procurement company, has leased 30,000-sq. ft of space.
- Marko Foam Products, Inc., the largest custom molder of foam
protective packaging in the Western United States, will occupy 30,000-sq. ft.
- Motion Industries, Inc., a subsidiary of Genuine Parts Co.
and the world’s largest distributor of bearings, mechanical, electrical and
fluid power transmission, replacement parts and hose products, leased 20,000-sq. ft.
- Nalley’s Foods, who is synonymous with delicious, produces
over 1,300 quality food products found in supermarkets and homes worldwide,
recently leased 20,000-sq. ft.
Amenities in the park include: ESFR sprinkler systems, 28-ft.
clearance, ample parking and a strategic location fronting California Avenue,
just five minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport and 10 minutes
from the central business district. The center is located within Sorenson
Technology Park.
