Silverton Hotel & Casino just recently completed a land exchange with McCarran Airport for 15-acres south of their existing property.

The Silverton site now totals approximately 90-acres on Interstate 15 in the prime growth area of the Las Vegas Valley. This land exchange is the first exchange that Clark County has completed within the 5,000-acre CMA (Cooperative Management Agreement) area and represents the culmination of 5 years of work assembling all of the privately held parcels immediately south of the hotel.

Silverton also recently rezoned the core property which provides an additional 33-acres for future hotel/casino development.
