SAN DIEGO - Menlo Equity Associates purchased a 44,000-square-foot office building at 5465 Morehouse Drive from RR&C Properties LP for $11.15 million. Ron Miller, Barry Mahlberg and Eric Vann of Burnham Real Estate/Oncor International represented the buyer, while the seller represented itself.
KEARNY MESA - International Realty and Development purchased 8,345 square feet of office space in Highland Skypark at 3706 Ruffin Road from Soledad Development Group for $2.46 million. Jay Arnett and Deborah Hunkeler of Burnham Real Estate represented the seller, while Bill Bacon of CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer.
CARLSBAD - Torrey Pines Bank purchased 7,920 square feet of office space at 2760 Gateway Road for an undisclosed amount. Lannie Allee, Roger Carlson and Lars Eisenhauer of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, while Jason Hughes of Irving Hughes represented the buyer.
CARLSBAD - Kinsell, Newcomb & DeDios purchased 7,500 square feet of office space at 2776 Gateway Road for an undisclosed amount. Lannie Allee, Roger Carlson and Lars Eisenhauer of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller.
CARLSBAD - DiCaro, Coppo & Popcke purchased 5,740 square feet of office space at 2780 Gateway Road at an undisclosed amount. Lannie Allee, Roger Carlson and Lars Eisenhauer of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, while Aric Stark of Grubb & Ellis | BRE Commercial represented the buyer.
CARLSBAD - William F. Slattery purchased 5,740 square feet of office space at 2782 Gateway Road. The transaction's value was not disclosed. Lannie Allee, Roger Carlson and Lars Eisenhauer of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller.
HOSPITALITY
LOS ANGELES - International Hotel Associates 7 purchased the 50-room Elan Hotel Modern at 8435 Beverly Blvd. from Beverly Croft Towers LLC for $10.1 million. Jonathan Ahron and David Aschkenasy of Charles Dunn Co. negotiated the transaction.
MULTIFAMILY
CANOGA PARK - Richard Ringer and David Levy of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and buyer in the purchase of a 39,088-square-foot multifamily property at 21707 Saticoy St. for $5.7 million.
PASADENA - 790 Earlham Street LLC purchased an eight-unit apartment complex at 790 Earlham St. from Scott D. Greenwood for $1.43 million. Kevin Lutz of Hendricks & Partners negotiated the transaction.
LAND
NORTH HOLLYWOOD - Jon Emrani of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and buyer in the purchase of 16,426 square feet of land at 5223 Corteen Place for $2.03 million.
NORTH HOLLYWOOD - An undisclosed buyer purchased 16,305 square feet of land at 5227 Corteen Place for $1.98 million. Jon Emrani of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and buyer.
TWENTYNINE PALMS - Composite Solutions Inc. purchased 15 acres of residential land comprised of three five-acre parcels. Two parcels are already entitled with a tentative tract map to build 40 single-family homes.
INDUSTRIAL
CITY OF INDUSTRY - Graham-Field Health Products signed a five-year lease renewal for 32,195 square feet of warehouse space at 8850 Rex Road from Majestic Realty Co. The lessor was represented in-house by Bill Hayden, Terry Baker and Kevin McCarthy, while Mike Finley of Grubb & Ellis represented the lessee.
RETAIL
BURBANK - Skechers USA Inc. signed a lease for 2,091 square feet of retail space at The Burbank Collection from Champion Development Group. Terms were not disclosed. Christine Deschaine of Lee & Associates represented the lessor.
BURBANK - Christine Deschaine of Lee & Associates represented the lessor in Café Venizie's lease of 1,469 square feet of retail space from Champion Development Group. Terms were not disclosed.
BURBANK - Amuse Jewelry leased 1,469 square feet of retail space from Champion Development Group, represented by Christine Deschaine of Lee & Associates, for an undisclosed value.
BURBANK - Johnny Rockets leased 1,341 square feet of retail space at The Burbank Collection from Champion Development Group at an undisclosed price. Christine Deschaine of Lee & Associates represented the lessor.
