Majestic Realty Co. announced Tuesday that Ozburn-Hessey Logistics, a supply chain management company, has signed a five-year lease for more than 260,000 square feet at the Majestic Airport Center near Ontario International Airport.
All of OH Logistics' growth is client directed, said Scott McWilliams, CEO of OH Logistics.
"Our clients' supply chain needs change constantly and adding warehouse space and offering new services provides them flexibility to adapt to the changes and remain competitive."
The company operates more than 21million square feet of warehouse space throughout the United States and provides domestic and international transportation services, freight forwarding and customs brokerage.
"Ozburn-Hessey Logistics chose Majestic Realty properties because we understand their business," said Trent Wylde of Majestic Realty, who represented the owner-developer in the transaction.
ProVenture Commercial Real Estate, based in Brentwood, Tenn., partnered with Dan dela Paz of CB Richard Ellis in Ontario to represent Ozburn-Hessey Logistics.
"Our warehouse and distribution centers are designed with logistics in mind," Wylde said.
"Including nine buildings totaling 3million square feet, the Majestic Airport Center is strategically located near rail lines, roadways and a major airport, giving OH Logistics and its clients access to multiple transportation and distribution channels.
