Majestic Realty Co. Leases Remaining Parcel of Land at Citrus Plaza
76 Gas Station/Convenience Store Joins Shopping Center Site
REDLANDS, CALIF – Jan. 19, 2007 -- Majestic Realty Co. today announced that Golden State Petroleum, Inc. has signed a long-term lease for 54,000 square feet of land near the intersection of Alabama and Lugonia in Redlands. The space, adjacent to Citrus Plaza shopping center, and close to the Highland (30) and San Bernardino (10) freeways, will house a 3000 square foot convenience store/gas station and car wash operating under the 76 gasoline brand name, scheduled to open in early 2008.
According to company president, David Delrahim, Golden State, whose headquarters are in Calabasas, operates several additional 76-branded gas stations/convenience stores in California.
“We are delighted to join so many outstanding retail merchants at Citrus Plaza,” said Delrahim. “This location is ideal for our business and we are pleased to be part of this high quality Majestic Realty project.”
Citrus Plaza, now 100% leased, includes anchor stores Kohls, Target, Sport Chalet, Bed, Bath & Beyond and Barnes & Noble. Developed by Majestic Realty Co., the center was built by Majestic-owned Commerce Construction Co., LP.
