Listing Agreement - 1 year with extensions available
Term - Initial lease up of the project, including future phases
Additional Commission - MBA Commissions will be paid for extensions of term or additional space taken by the original tenant

Guidelines For Site Selection Criteria:
1. Submitting broker must have control of the proposed site
2. Site Size Preference: 10+ acres
3. Geographic Focus: California only
