Majestic Bethlehem Center Receives Smart Growth Award

The Majestic Bethlehem Center has been selected by 10thousand Friends of Pennsylvania as the recipient of one of its 2018 Commonwealth Awards.

The signature event of 10thousand Friends of Pennsylvania, the Commonwealth Awards celebrate the transformational impact of visionary individuals and organizations working collaboratively to employ long-term investment strategies for redevelopment and smart growth.

In recognizing the 441-acre Majestic Bethlehem Center, 10thousand Friends cited the numerous benefits the community has received as a result of the foresight of civic and business leaders like Majestic Realty Co., stating “There is a spirit of grit and resilience underlying the City’s redevelopment and the Bethlehem story sends a message of inspiration to cities across the state and country that public/private partnerships can drive sustainable change.”
