The American Heart Association’s Los Angeles County Division recently honored Majestic’s own Fran Inman for her work in promoting heart health. Before an audience of more than 400 supporters, Fran received the Crystal Heart Award from Los Angeles City Councilmember Wendy Greuel (pictured on far right) at the Heart Association’s Go Red Luncheon. She was recognized for leading Majestic’s annual Go Red For Women days, creatively turning an annual fundraiser into a company-wide health and fitness campaign. Inman also was applauded for working with Majestic Realty Foundation grantees to ensure kids have access to healthy after school activities, nutritious snacks and health education. “Thank you, Fran, for walking the walk, not just talking the talk,” said event emcee Pat Harvey, anchor for KCAL-TV. The event raised more than $400,000.
